An English scientist runs away from a proving ground with an atomic bomb. In a letter sent to the British Prime Minister he endangers to blow up the facility of London if the Government don't introduce completion of any research study in this field within a week. Special representatives from Scotland Lawn attempt to quit him, with help from the scientist's assistant future son-in-law to find and stop the mad male.
