Overview:
Recess is an American animated television series created by Paul Germain and Joe Ansolabehere and produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. The show focuses with different classmates and teachers. The title refers to the period of time throughout the school day in which kids are not in courses and also are outside in the schoolyard, in North American society. Some of the features of the series is a kids shape their own society, detailed with government and a class structure, set against the background of a school.
Recess first aired from 1997 to 2001, and also reruns aired on Disney Channel. The results of the show saw that it being distributed to numerous countries across the globe, notably the uk, where it aired on channels for example Disney Channel UK and Toon Disney. Walt Disney Pictures released the first of two films on the basis of Recess: School's Out, the sequence, which had been distributed theatrically. It was followed by a 2nd picture entitled Recess Christmas: Miracle on Third Street the year. Back in 2003, a movie eligible Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade was released, Together with Recess: All Growed Down. Both were also direct-to-video. The characters also made an appearance in an episode of Disney's Lilo & Stitch: The Series.
