Overview:
The BBC sitcom series One Foot in the Grave The plot revolves around Victor Meldrew and his patient wife, Margaret. The shows are always about Meldrew's battle against the obstacles he makes for himself. Victor, who lives in a normal English suburban household, retires involuntarily. The subjects of the sitcom are his varied attempts to keep himself busy while encountering various tragedies and misunderstandings.
