    Overview:
Mad is an American sitcom that aired on NBC from September 23, 1992 to May 2-4, 1999. The series stars Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser . Reiser and a documentary filmmaker, Paul Buchman played. Hunt played Jamie Stemple Buchman, a public relations pro. Near the close of the show's conduct, the couple had an infant daughter, whom they called Mabel. The series concentrates mainly on the newlyweds while they coped with everything into major battles from daily minutiae. The show's openness to locate humor in scenarios and dialog that was observational garnered it comparisons another NBC comedy about thirty-somethings at New York City, into Seinfeld. Paul Reiser and helen Hunt were paid $1 million per episode. Yet, ratings fell sharply this year since the series was shuffled to prop up a fledgling Monday nighttime line up of all comedies on NBC. The concluding bout of this series was"The Final Frontier". The show's theme song,"Final Frontier", was composed by Reiser and Don Was. Andrew Gold initially performed the subject, however a variation performed by Anita Baker made its debut midway. The variation of baker was useful for the remaining part of the show's conduct and appears on the show's soundtrack album. Gold's variant is on the collection Thanks You for Being a Friend: The Very Best of Andrew Gold.
