Coast Australia follows celebrated Scottish archaeologist and historian Neil Oliver on his very first visit to Australia, as a diverse collection of cohosts gather stories relating to our spectacular coastline: the real history, the people, the archaeology, both the terrain and the marine existence, investigating interesting and little known facts on the way. Oliver's co-hosts, all experts in their field, are Australian and journalist artwork and civilization specialist Miriam Corowa, environmentalist Professor Tim Flannery scientist Dr Emma Johnston, anthropologist doctor Xanthe Mallett and tv celebrity and landscape architect Brendan Moar.
